  19. <p>     Journalists in Japan have taken to calling their Prime
  20. Minister "Bush-Phone," a term that sounds more derisive in
  21. Japanese than it does in translation. The nickname implies that
  22. Kaifu cannot make a decision without having President Bush on
  23. the line. Uh-oh. What about "Kaifu-Phone?"
